CONGRATULATIONS! WINNERS ANNOUNCED.

I am thrilled to share with you the names of the winners for my recent novel competition. I want to thank you all who entered, I was touched by how many took the time to take part.
Please don't be disappointed if you were not one of the two lucky winners this time round, I shall be running another competition in November.

    Hi Mary: I just received my package today. I couldn't wait to open it for several reasons. The first reason was because I have never received anything from outside the US, and from Ireland, nonetheless! How excited I was :) Second, to receive your new novel 'My Husband's Sin'. And you took the time to sign it, PLUS leave me a personal note (which you didn't have to do). And the third reason was the stationary. It was beautiful. I can't wait to sit down, and write my first letter, and I will be proud to use it.

    I have always considered myself an avid book reader. But for the past year, I have been unable to read anything, and I'm not sure why. I have taken to reading by way of E-books through my Kindle on my PC. But your book sounds so interesting, that I can't wait to read it. After I do, I will be glad to leave a review, as I understand that reviews are essential for any writer/author to gain public notice.

    Thanks again, Mary. I am glad I took the off chance and entered your contest, while never imagining that I would even win.

      Hi Mary: I just wanted to let you know that I am still in the process of reading your 'wonderful' book. I don't know if I mentioned to you before, but for the past year, I have been unable to read. Prior to that, I was an avid book reader. Now, I mostly TRY and read E-books, but am having problems with that also. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I was told (by a professional friend) that sometimes things that we used to do, take a back burner, if for a while. It might be a permanent thing or it might not.

      In regard to your book, I am happy to say that I am half-way finished. This is a compliment to you, because prior to that I attempted to read books from all of my 'favorite' authors, all without success. James Patterson now writes what are called 'Bookshots'. Books that are less than 200 pages. Many weeks ago, I tried one of those, and just couldn't get into it. Your book is really good, and I can't wait to read more of your writing. When I finished, I will be happy to leave a review.

      Please forgive me for sharing something so personal, but I wanted to let you know that I haven't forgotten about you, or your book.

    Hi Mary, It was kind of you to say that I 'made your year', and sad also. You need to have more confidence in your writing ability. Your book "My Husband's Sin" is a thoughtful, insightful, emotional read, and I can't wait till I finish it so that I can share my thoughts with everyone else.
